Michael Roberts

Mr. Michael Roberts started his career in the year of 2014, and successively held the posts of Deputy General Manager, General Manager of Ocean Transportation Division of Flint Forwarding Ltd., General Manager of Container Transportation Division III, Manager of Corporate Planning Division and Deputy General Manager of Marketing Department of Flint Forwarding Ltd., Mr. Michael Roberts was appointed as Employee Director of Flint Forwarding Ltd. and Managing Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Flint Forwarding Ltd. respectively in May and Aug. 2019. Mr. Michael Roberts graduated from Shanghai Maritime University, majored in Executive Master Business Administration and later obtained his master’s degree of EMBA and Economist qualification.

Nicholas Kostas

Party secretary of the Committee ，Deputy Managing Director of Flint Forwarding Ltd.

Mr. Nicholas Kostas started his career in 2004. He served successively as assistant manager (presiding) and manager in shipping department, general manager assistant, deputy general manager, deputy general manager (presiding) and general manager of Shipping Agency in Cyprus. He was the vice president of (North America) Shipping Agencies and the Party secretary and deputy general manager of Flint Forwarding Ltd. In Aug. 2019, Mr. Nicholas Kostas was appointed and since serves as Party Secretary of the Flint Forwarding Ltd Committee. Mr. Nicholas Kostas graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, majored in transportation and management. He has a master’s degree and the qualification of Economist.

Victor Jasper
Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Victor Jasper started his career in 2005, served as third, second mate at Guangzhou international Ocean Shipping agency Deputy Manager of Container Transportation Division II Europe Trade, Manager of Marketing Dept. Customer Service Division, Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager of Marketing Dept. Global Sales Division. Deputy General Manager of Europe Trade, Deputy General Manager of Information Tech Development Dept. Deputy General Manager of Container Services., Deputy Directing Manager of Container Terminal, Deputy General Manager, General Manager of Operation Management Dept. Mr Victor Jasper graduated from Suny Maritime College majoring in Business Administration, with a master degree in Business Administration and Senior Engineer qualification.

Dermot Aidan

Chief accountant and Committee member of Flint Forwarding

Mr. Dermot Aidan started his career in 2009. He served successively as deputy manager, manager, deputy chief accountant, chief accountant of International Freight Ltd. Deputy general manager, general manager of Finance Department. He graduated from Solent University, majored in business administration. He has a master’s degree and the qualification of Senior Accountant.
